VoiceMaster
Join-to-create voice channels with per-owner locks, limits and interfaces.
VoiceMaster creates a join-to-create channel. Anyone who joins it gets their own temporary voice channel and becomes its owner, with control over who can join, how many people fit and what it is called. The channel is cleaned up automatically once empty.
